The evening will begin with a Keipi meal. The ticket price is all-inclusive of food, drink and gratuity. This is a meal that finds its origins in the Republic of Georgia and is an outgrowth of the Orthodox Liturgy. 

Following the Keipi meal, Joe and Vesper will join McDonell Central Catholic High School teacher Greg Gilbertson on stage for an intimate and unforgettable time of music and conversation.
