The evening will begin with a Keipi meal. This is a meal that finds its origins in the Republic of Georgia and is an outgrowth of the Orthodox Liturgy. Imagine a long table filled with delicious food and wine, bustling with the conversation of friends, family, and strangers. This is the fusion of a dinner party and poetry.
